General Examination Rules
 

No formal tests or exam will be conducted for classes Pre-nur. to UKG. Promotion will be on the basis of recaps, class tests, projects, orals and home assignments.

If the child is unable to appear in any exam, he/she will be promoted to the next class without assigning any rank provided if the teachers are convinced and assure the authorities about his/her capabilities.

No test will be conducted before the given examination date. in case a holiday is declared on a scheduled test date, the said test will be conducted on the next announced date. Leave during oral/review/ semester examination will only be considered
if it has a prior sanction from the Principal. No credit will be awarded to the absentees of the oral/review/semester examinations.

Minimum Attendance necessary for Annual Examination
 

A pupil may not be allowed to sit in the annual examination if he/she has not put in minimum of 75% of the total attendance of the academic year including attendance put in the previous school.

General Instructions for Parents

1. Both Parents Guardians are requested to space their valuable time to attend the Parent Teacher meeting and enable us to sort out problems, if any, in respect of their child.

2. Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours. parents are requested not to make any socail engagements or medical appointments during working hours. To ensure better discipline Parents
are requested not to send their children to school on the day they have any such appointments.

3. Kindly check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.

4. children should not bring crackers, colours, cameras, calculators, mobile phones etc. to the school. Bursting of crackers and playing with colours is liable to expulsion of student from the school.

5. Expensive articles should not be brought to school, Students are also not allowed to wear jewellery in the school. In case of violation of this rul, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in the school.


Leave Rules

1. A student must apply for the leave proper on proper application from duly signed by Parents Guardian.

2. In case of illness, leave application should not be immediately sent in case of such leave for more than three days, medical certificate should be enclosed.

3. If more than one child is studying in school, parent must send seprate leave application for each child. If the student is absent without permission, for more than a week, his/her name will be struck off from the school records. In such a case the student
will be re-admitted only on assurance of complete co=operation by the parents and payment of fresh admission fee.

4. No child will be allowed to leave the school premises without permission of either the principal or co-ordinator.No request from the student regarding leaving school campus will be enterained. Senior action will be taken.

5. Leave application should be sent in advance, except in case of sudden illness or emergency.A student returning to school after suffering from any infectious disease shall have to submit a medical certificate of fitness.

6. Chicken Pox : 6 dates after the disappearance of the last crop of visible.

7. Measles : At least 5 days after the disappearance of rashes.

8. Mumps : Approximately 2 weeks the subsiding of swelling of salivary glands.
